Delivery & Returns

Find all information about dispatch, delivery, returns and warranty for your Forward Watersports orders.

Delivery

The products ordered will be delivered to the address provided during your order under “delivery address”.

The items in your order will be dispatched within 4 days from the date your payment is received. The shipping method will be selected according to the size and weight of the parcels.

Delivery takes between 5 and 11 working days from the date of dispatch.

In the event of payment by cheque or bank transfer, your order will only be processed once payment has been received. Dispatch and delivery times therefore apply from the date your cheque or payment is received.

E-FACTORY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or any consequences resulting from such delays.

Product returns

Consumers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel in which to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal without a product exchange or another purchase on the publisher’s website, the publisher will refund the customer the sums paid for the purchase of the product at its net purchase value.

The cost of delivering the product to the customer and the cost of returning the product to the publisher will not be covered.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Return conditions

The return must be made at the customer’s expense no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

All returns must be complete, including the original packaging, instructions, accessories and a copy of the invoice. Returned products must be in perfect resale condition, in their original box placed inside an additional shipping box.

Functional underwear and bodywear are excluded from the right of return.

We cannot accept deliveries that are not in perfect condition. They will therefore be returned at the sender’s expense.

The customer shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Personalised or custom-made products

Consumers may under no circumstances exercise a right of withdrawal for orders of products that are clearly personalised or made according to their specifications.

Warranty

Each product is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. The warranty takes effect upon delivery. The warranty always covers parts and labour, excluding transport costs.
